Senior Product Designer – Would you like the opportunity to work for a fast-growing organisation where you will own the end-to-end user experience of a complex B2B platform? This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery, designing workflows that help users navigate data-heavy, regulated processes with confidence. You’ll also help shape how UX is practised as the product and team scale.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll contribute to a clear UX vision aligned with product strategy while also identifying and prioritising high‑impact UX improvements (e.g. navigation, data entry, risk workflows, dashboards). This opportunity is suitable for someone who has either worked as a Founding Product Designer or within smaller teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product design / UX.
- Strong experience designing complex B2B or data-heavy products.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end product experiences.
