Working closely with the Project Manager, you will support the delivery of compliant, well‑managed projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality project activities in line with company and client standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, logs, and databases
- Monitor project quality, progress, risks, and performance, escalating issues as required
- Support task allocation, performance management, and quality oversight within the project team
- Provide line management support to junior team members
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Support quality assurance activities alongside the Project Manager and Technical Consultant
Key Requirements:
- Degree‑qualified or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience of managing end‑to‑end projects, and managing risk
- Previously worked in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project environment
- Proven leadership or task‑management experience (minimum one year)
- Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident interpreting plans, maps, and detailed reports
- Experience managing large‑scale mail‑outs is desirable
