Overview
Experienced Compliance professional required to take on the role of Manager, in which you will contribute to the design, implementation and promotion of a client-focused compliance strategy and framework, and support the development of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme for client structures. The successful applicant will act as the designated MLRO and MLCO, and will assist and provide operational support to Regulated Key Persons.
Qualifications
Candidates will hold relevant professional qualifications and must have experience in a similar role in the finance industry, ideally funds. Previous Key Person experience would be advantageous, and you must be able to demonstrate clear working knowledge of AML, Financial Services Law, local regulatory requirements and risk management.
