Job Description:Define and lead the long term digital vision aligned with business goals Own the end-to-end digital roadmap across CRM, loyalty and eCommerce Take full accountability for digital revenue, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value Lead the digital product and technology ecosystem, including CRM and customer experience Embed a strong data-driven culture to inform strategy and decision making Build and scale the digital team while acting as the key digital advisor to senior leadership and the board Proven experience leading digital transformation and defining digital strategy at a senior level Experience working within fast-paced, multi-site consumer environments, ideally within retail, hospitality, or premium brands Strong commercial experience with P&L ownership, managing digital revenue, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value Experience overseeing CRM, loyalty programmes and eCommerce platforms within a complex digital ecosystem Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive growth, innovation and customer experience improvements Senior leadership experience advising executive teams and building high performing digital teams across marketing, product and technology.
