This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your conveyancing career with a firm that values expertise, flexibility and progression.About the Role: Seeking a confident and capable Residential Property Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team, with hybrid working options available.Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the department
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer with a strong track record
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
