Description
- Oversee and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Process and reconcile customer payments efficiently.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and updates for management.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support the accounting & finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Profile
- 1-3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferrable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
