Sat, Sun & callout are all paid at overtime rate You have probably seen the work of our traffic management business and our safety conscious traffic management operatives, who are responsible for helping commuters to travel safely through temporary roadworks. Traffic Management Operatives deliver, install, collect, exchange and maintain temporary traffic equipment (temporary traffic lights, signage, frames, sandbags and cones). Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Completing timesheets and risk assessments A full and valid UK driving licence is needed, along with great communication skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude. Working in and on highways can be dangerous, so an appreciation of why we always operate safely, don’t take risks or short cuts is essential.
