This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality financial due diligence and advisory services to a diverse client base, including private equity, corporates, and owner-managed businesses.
The team is on a huge growth trajectory and will consider candidates across all levels who have prior strong Transaction Services/Due diligence experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a range of sectors.
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the transaction process.
- Review and interpret financial information to identify key issues impacting value and risk.
- Prepare high-quality reports and present findings to clients.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the team.
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Proven experience in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
