Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and motivated Investment Consultant to join our growing property investment business. The role involves working with property investors, presenting investment opportunities, and managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is a high-performance sales role focused on building relationships with investors and progressing property investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with property investors to understand their investment criteria
- Present suitable investment opportunities
- Secure reservations on investment properties
- Manage deals through to completion
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active investors
- Maintain regular communication with buyers throughout the transaction
