About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the construction sector. This is a 360 role with a warm desk, offering immediate access to existing clients and live vacancies across Greater Manchester and the wider region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build on an established desk while developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a 360 recruitment desk within the construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Proactively develop new business opportunities
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Negotiate terms of business and fees with clients
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Meet and exceed individual billing targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (construction sector preferred)
- Proven track record in a 360 recruitment role
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven xwzovoh environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
