We are currently partnering with a high-growth, acquisitive, international consumer products business (circa £100m turnover / £10m EBITDA) looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller / Finance Director.

This is a senior, technically focused leadership role playing a key part in shaping the financial strategy of a rapidly scaling group operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
As Group Financial Controller / Finance Director, you will have full ownership of the Group’s Finance, IT and Data functions, with responsibility for:

- Leading all financial, commercial and statutory reporting across the group

Ensuring compliance with UK and international accounting, tax and regulatory requirements
t
Acting as the key technical finance advisor to the Board and senior leadership team
t
Driving robust financial controls, governance and reporting processes
t
Supporting M&A activity, including due diligence and integration
t
Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing finance team
The Person
We are looking for a highly capable senior finance professional with:

- ACA qualification (or equivelant)
t
Strong technical accounting background within a group environment
t
Experience in international or multi-entity businesses
t
Proven ability to xwzovoh build, lead and develop teams
t
Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence at Board level
t
Experience in high-growth and/or acquisitive businesses (highly desirable)
