The role involves advising on matters to include, but not limited to:
- contract disputes
- shareholder and partnership disputes
- professional negligence
- distribution and franchise agreements
- mediation and ADR
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 20+ years’ PQE (guideline only)
- Stable career as a commercial litigator
- Proven management experience
- Proven new business development experience
- A loyal network of referrers and corporate contacts
