We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the user experience, visual language, and emotional resonance of Hourze from the ground up. This is more than a design role. It’s a chance to co-create how people engage with growth, identity, and proof in the future of work.
You’ll design elegant, intuitive systems that translate complex ideas into simple, empowering interactions. This is a hands-on role where your decisions define how users feel, flow, and trust Hourze.
What you’ll do
Design the core Hourze experience: onboarding, learning journeys, skill proof, and dashboards.
Define visual systems, design patterns, and component libraries.
Collaborate with engineering and AI to bring interfaces to life.
Design for clarity, momentum, joy, trust and emotional connection
Prototype and test ideas quickly, using honest user feedback to improve flows
Work across mobile and web, balancing beauty with functionality.

What we’re looking for
At least 3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally ata fast-moving startup or design-led company
A portfolio that shows elegant problem-solving, strong systems thinking, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in design tools and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bonus: experience with motion design, content hierarchy, or designing for AI interaction
