30 million Turnover business.This role will be responsible for the Hub based at Crawley and managing 2 satellite sites in Slough Bristol and Portsmouth. Reporting to the CEO.
The Hub is where all the windows, doors and conservatory sales orders are co-ordinated and they ensure delivery to the satellite sites where appropriate, for the fit teams to go and collect and obviously fit.
Salary is up to £55k with OTE of £70-£75k. Car with fuel card, 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance 3 times, pension.
Ideally looking for a strong operations manager who has previously had P&L responsibility and can manage people remotely. must 5 years experience from an Installations background.
