About the Role
- Lead the operational delivery of apprenticeships across multiple curriculum areas
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, ESFA funding rules and awarding body requirements
- Drive quality improvement through audits, learning walks, scrutiny and data analysis
- Oversee learner progress, retention, attendance and employer engagement
- Lead standardisation, CPD and team meetings to ensure consistently high performance
- Prepare the department for audit, inspection and external quality assurance
- Promote high expectations, a positive learning culture and disciplined environments
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employer partnerships
- Provide accurate reporting on performance, risk, compliance and improvement plans
About You
- A minimum Level 3 qualification (vocational or academic)
- Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification
- Assessor and IQA qualifications are desirable
- Experience in managing apprenticeship provision, quality assurance and staff performance
- A track record of delivering outstanding teaching & learning
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- A solution‑focused mindset and the ability to manage risk and drive improvement
