TrustFord is the largest Ford dealership in Europe and part of the Ford Motor Company. We are looking for a Regional Health & Safety Manager to join the TrustFord family. Based in Yorkshire/North Midlands, you will cover a geographical patch across the North, North Midlands & Scotland. You will help ensure the safety of customers and colleagues across our locations and build strong working relationships with managers and colleagues.

- Provide regional health and safety leadership across TrustFord locations in the North, North Midlands & Scotland.
- Support site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required).
- Communicate clearly and influence all levels of the business; build strong relationships with site managers and teams.
- Promote a culture of safety and inclusion within the network.
- Able to travel between sites by car as required.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Experience in site inspections and broad health & safety knowledge.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full valid driving license with a minimum of 6 months’ ownership and fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Based in the Northern region with ability to commute to sites in the North, North Midlands & Scotland.
