We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with experience in consumer goods, ideally low-volume premium brands, to join a high-visibility regional EMEA role.
This is a strategic position where you’ll shape performance marketing frameworks, guide best practice across markets, and drive commercial results with local teams and agency partners.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing (client or agency)
- Strong knowledge of SEM/SEA and paid media / adtech
- International market experience and agency management
- Data-driven mindset with budget and performance reporting expertise
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present insights clearly
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning performance marketing strategy across EMEA
- Analysing and reporting on xwzovoh campaign performance
- Guiding SEM/SEA, paid social, and wider performance activity
- Setting KPIs and supporting markets and agencies
- Optimising budgets, bids, and channel mix to maximise ROAS
- Identifying new platforms, tools, and optimisation opportunities
