The US remains the largest and fastest-growing market for data talent, with demand spanning Data Science, AI, Engineering, and Analytics across industries like finance, technology, retail, and healthcare.
You’ll join a team that’s seen success in its first year and is now scaling to meet that demand, combining the reach of a global brand with the agility of a fast-growing division.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a 360 desk, focusing on mid-to-senior level data and analytics roles in the US.
- Developing new business and managing relationships with leading clients across the States.
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates across Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering.
- Collaborating with US teams in New York, San Francisco, and Phoenix to share clients and market insight.
- Contributing to team growth, supporting the continued development of our UK-based US function.
