We’re partnering with a growing premium consumer brand entering an exciting phase of digital expansion. With a strong DTC presence and ambitious growth plans, the business is investing heavily in performance marketing to scale online revenue. They are hiring a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media across paid social, paid search and affiliate channels. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you’ll manage budgets, optimise performance and drive efficient customer acquisition, while supporting forecasting and commercial planning. You’ll also work closely with creative to improve testing, content performance and conversion.

Qualifications
- Management level experience in digital growth or performance marketing, with strong hands-on expertise across Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media profitably; solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV and conversion optimisation.
- Experience within a premium or DTC brand environment.
