Rare opportunity to join this fast-growing, female-founded beauty company headquartered in Greater Manchester, leading the transformation of brand strategy into visual assets.

What will you do?

• Build brand storytelling through cohesive, visually compelling design
• Collaborate with marketing and social teams on project delivery
• Create and deliver marketing design assets for campaigns, launches and communications
• Design packaging ranges from concept development to print-ready artwork
• Develop video content and edit campaign materials for multiple platforms

What do you need to apply?

• 3+ years’ experience in in-house design, in FMCG or consumer goods
• Proven expertise in brand, marketing and packaging design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and social media specifications
• Confident designing for both digital and print applications
• Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and visual consistency
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Proactive, xwzovoh solutions-focused and commercially aware approach to design
• Ability to work with autonomy whilst collaborating effectively with teams
