Our client in Property and Construction consultancy is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them in Woking. This is a client-side role based in the Winchester area. (Hybrid)

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Personable nature
• A desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly
• A reasonable understanding xwzovoh of construction methodologies and techniques
• The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Preferably degree (or equivalent) educated (not necessarily in quantity surveying) although this is not essential
• A full clean driving licence and own vehicle
