It is responsible for ensuring that finance reporting platforms and analytics capabilities effectively support operational finance activities, management insight, and wider business intelligence needs.

Working in close collaboration with senior Finance stakeholders, Technology teams, and the Data Office, the role ensures that reporting solutions and processes are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with the firm’s long-term strategic goals.
The Role
As Senior Manager Financial System you will lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of finance reporting frameworks across new systems and platforms
- Translate finance requirements into technical reporting solutions and data models
- Establish and embed strong data governance, controls, and reporting standards
- Partner with transformation and technology teams on ERP and finance system implementations
- Drive improvements in data quality, reporting automation, and analytics capability
- Manage stakeholders across Finance, IT, and senior leadership
Experience Required
- Recognised full qualification – ACA ACCA CIMA
- Strong technical reporting experience within finance systems environments
- Experience supporting finance transformation or ERP implementation programmes
- Solid understanding of data governance, data models, and xwzovoh reporting architecture
- Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to bridge the gap between finance users and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
