Solution Architect

Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to take ownership of end‑to‑end solution architecture across application and data domains. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and data specialists to define scalable architectures, guide design decisions, and ensure alignment across distributed teams. This is a highly influential, client‑facing role where you will shape the technical vision and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end‑to‑end solution architecture across enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Ensure alignment between frontend, backend, integration, and data components.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal technical and data specialists (who handle deep implementation).
• Lead architecture discussions with client stakeholders and provide strategic technical guidance.
• Support long‑term roadmap planning and capacity forecasting.
• Identify architectural risks, trade‑offs, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Review solution designs and guide engineering teams across distributed locations.
• Communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior architectural role.
• Strong background in designing enterprise or cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience operating in multi‑team, distributed delivery environments.
• Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Experience aligning architecture across application and/or data platforms.
• Familiarity with API‑driven and integration‑based ecosystems.

Nice‑to-Have Skills

• Experience with:
  • .NET, Java ecosystems
  • Modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.)
  • Integration of modern AI components, including Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Understanding of data platform integration concepts.
• Experience contributing to longer‑term product or technology roadmaps.
• Background in regulated or large enterprise environments.
