Head of Legal | National Charity | Flexible UK Location with some ad-hoc travel required
Ready to use your legal and commercial expertise to drive real social impact? A leading UK charity is hiring a Head of Legal to shape its commercial strategy, strengthen governance, and lead a high‑performing legal and commercial team.
The Role
You’ll be the organisation’s senior expert on all things legal and commercial, leading:
- Legal oversight (IP, governance, property, agreements, claims)
- Vendor assurance, insurance, and compliance
- Leadership across a multi‑disciplinary legal & commercial function
You’ll work directly with senior executives and contribute to organisational strategy at Board and Leadership level.
- Senior-level experience in commercial law, contracts or legal governance
- Experience navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
- A confident leader with great judgement, communication and influence
- Someone who thrives in fast‑moving, values‑led environments
(Charity experience a bonus!)
- Full‑time
- Flexible UK location + national travel
- Enhanced DBS + CTC checks required
