Project Manager to Lead the Finance & Solutions Transformation

Broster Buchanan is partnering exclusively with a key client that is entering a pivotal phase of growth as it transitions from a traditional Value-Added Reseller and Systems Integrator to a scalable Managed Services Provider.

To support this shift, the business is seeking a Project Manager to redesign and modernise the operational and financial backbone of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Finance and Solutions engine, driving the integration of systems, processes and governance across Finance, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, IT and Service Delivery.
• Build a scalable operating model capable of supporting recurring revenue, managed services growth and complex solutions delivery.
• Work closely with the Finance Director, CTO and Head of Transformation, delivering programmes spanning finance transformation, systems integration (Salesforce, NetSuite and ITSM), business process re‑engineering and service delivery design.
• Combine strong programme governance with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across technical, financial and commercial teams.
• Preferably bring experience in technology services, managed services, systems integration or PE‑backed transformation environments and enjoy building scalable operating models and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Credible Project Manager with proven experience in technology services or similar transformation environments.

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + package

Location: Gloucestershire – Hybrid (3 days on site a week)
