The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple planned works projects within occupied properties. These works include:
Kitchen & Bathroom replacementsWindow & Door installationsAids & Adaptations (DDA works)You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of site operations across multiple workstreamsManaging subcontractors and direct labourEnsuring health & safety compliance at all timesMonitoring programme delivery and reporting progressLiaising with tenants, clients, and internal teamsManaging quality control and inspectionsResolving on-site issues efficiently and professionallyRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenanceStrong knowledge of kitchen & bathroom programmes and/or external works (windows & doors)Experience delivering works in occupied propertiesExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsStrong organisational and leadership abilitiesValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationWhat’s on OfferSalary of £55,000Company package (vehicle/car allowance, pension, holiday, etc.)Long-term, stable pipeline of workOpportunity to join a reputable and growing contractor
