CRM & Data Strategy Specialist

They are seeking a Data Executive to support the delivery of an ambitious data strategy across fan engagement, athlete data and digital products.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM and fan data excellence across email, web and app
• Improve data quality, governance and compliance including GDPR, PECR and DPA
• Design dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Power BI
• Support Salesforce adoption and optimisation across the organisation
• Deliver meaningful segmentation and personalisation strategies

Experience

• Strong Salesforce or major CRM experience
• SQL capability, Python advantageous
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of data security and consent frameworks
• Experience supporting eCRM and digital campaign optimisation
