Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our finance team and play a key role in driving performance across the business. Based in Wetherby, this is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £55,000 with excellent benefits.

About the role:

The Finance Business Partner is a high-impact role combining business partnering and management accounting, providing financial insight, challenge, and support to operational leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
• Producing monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis
• Delivering insightful performance reporting and KPI analysis
• Supporting cost control and margin improvement initiatives
• Developing financial models and investment appraisals
• Providing financial challenge to drive accountability and results
• Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance

What we are looking for:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
• Commercially focused with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident communicator able to translate financial data into business insight
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools desirable
