We are hiring a Project Manager within our Transaction & Investor Support (TIS) UK Healthcare and MedTech practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Healthcare and MedTech.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of consulting projects for Private Equity clients, leading day-to-day operations, guiding teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence and value creation projects, collaborating closely with Roland Berger and client teams, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

This is a hybrid role, with a general expectation of three days per week in our London office and two days working remotely depending on project requirements. National and international travel may occasionally be required.

Required qualifications

We are seeking candidates who meet:

Experience: 4–5 years of UK experience at a leading management consulting firm, with a demonstrable track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors

Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with data analysis and market modelling

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and leading client presentations

Client orientation: Strong client-service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead teams

Medical doctor training or strong academic background in life sciences preferred

General Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of commercial engagements in TIS UK Healthcare and MedTech
  • Manage client relationships, build trust at senior levels, and lead client presentations
  • Manage, guide, coach, and develop project teams
  • Work with teams on due diligence and value creation topics in the Healthcare and MedTech sector
  • Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and reports
  • Contribute to thought leadership across Healthcare and MedTech
  • Support practice growth, recruitment, and knowledge development
