About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at RoSPA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that support our commercial activities and wider mission to save lives and reduce injuries.
You’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns, helping to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate high‑quality leads and web shop sales across a range of sectors.
The role also offers opportunities for ongoing professional development, including access to external training to support continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Key responsibilities
Support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, email, website, and paid media. Conduct audience and competitor research, collaborate on engaging multi‑channel content, and ensure brand consistency. Monitor performance, report on results and ROI, and ensure compliance with GDPR, as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.
About you
- Experience in a digital marketing role, with exposure to multi‑channel campaign delivery
- Strong understanding of digital platforms including email marketing, websites, and paid media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
