Integration Engineer

Work Location: Liverpool or Leeds, UK; work-from-home available.

Travel required to the UK and other parts of Europe.

Pre-sales Technical Support

• Site Survey: Conduct on-site technical surveys for potential clients’ projects, assess the feasibility, environmental conditions, and technical requirements of AGV deployment, compile a list of client needs, and provide a basis for quotations.
• Production Planning: Based on the results of the site survey and client needs, participate in and develop project-related solutions, clarifying equipment selection, core functions, and implementation paths.
• Solution Explanation: Clearly explain and demonstrate the core logic and advantages of the solution to clients, answer their technical questions, and build their trust in the company’s products and technical capabilities.

Project Implementation and Delivery

• Solution Execution: Lead on-site construction organization and execution to ensure successful implementation and acceptance of the solution.
• Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and system integration of equipment to ensure the expected results are achieved.

After-sales Support and Customer Relationship Management

• Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide after-sales technical support for projects, quickly respond to and resolve various equipment malfunctions encountered by customers, and handle related issues during use.
• After-sales Business Follow-up: Independently responsible for after-sales business in a designated area, including quotation, negotiation, order follow-up, promotion of after-sales spare parts and services, and delivery execution after transactions.

Other Work Support

• Local Logistics Coordination: Assist Jiateng employees traveling from the China headquarters to the local area, providing necessary local logistical support, including but not limited to itinerary planning, reception, translation, and local consultation, to ensure efficient and smooth business travel.
• Other practical work assigned by the supervisor.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Major: Mechanical Engineering and Automation/Mechatronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering and Automation/Automation/Electronic Information Engineering, etc., experience not limited.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated equipment.
