Director / MD – Private Markets Fundraiser – Middle East

A leading global placement and advisory platform is seeking a senior capital formation professional to lead coverage across the Middle East. The role requires deep connectivity in the region and strong experience raising capital across private markets strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts across the Middle East, covering sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors.
• Drive capital formation across primaries and secondaries private markets strategies.
• Develop and execute a regional fundraising strategy, maintaining strong senior‑level relationships.
• Represent the firm across fundraising processes, investor meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to support product positioning and investor engagement.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of prospective LPs across all key jurisdictions in the region.
• Provide strategic insights to refine targeting, product focus, and regional priorities.

Requirements

• Senior fundraiser at Director or MD level with strong connectivity across SWFs and major institutional investors in the Middle East.
• Experience based in the Middle East previously; current London‑based candidates also suitable.
• Strong background in private equity and infrastructure, with exposure to credit; secondaries experience also ideal.
• Proven ability to drive fundraising outcomes independently at a senior level.
