About the Company: Our client is currently recruiting for a specialist Senior Category Manager for Contingent Labour. This role requires someone to be in the office in London 4 days PW, with 1 day working remotely.

About the Role: Contingent Workforce Solutions, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions, Statement of Work (SOW) solutions & Vendor Management Systems (VMS) / Applicant Tracking Solutions (ATS) across the UK and European markets. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that supports our clients through the full sourcing lifecycle – from current & future strategy models, operational effectiveness, compliance, cost models & optimisations through to market analysis, negotiation and contract execution. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), RPO, SOW Services, VMS, ATS, and the professional staffing industry at a local, regional and global level.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts
  • Influence senior stakeholders
  • Support clients through the full sourcing lifecycle
  • Conduct market analysis
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and compliance

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in contingent workforce procurement, staffing supplier management, or working within an MSP/RPO/VMS environment

Required Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of UK and European staffing markets
  • Commercial models, best operational practices and compliance factors (e.g., co-employment, IR35, mark-up structures)
  • Hands-on experience with VMS/ATS platforms (e.g Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-client environments
