Overview

Our client, a forward-thinking education provider, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join its Quality & Innovation team.

This role is central to maintaining and enhancing the quality of teaching, learning, and operational processes. You will work across multiple departments, using data-driven insights and quality frameworks to support continuous improvement and ensure high standards across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver routine and targeted quality assurance processes, including audits and curriculum reviews
• Collect, analyse, and present complex quality and performance data
• Monitor outcomes and identify areas for improvement across programmes
• Coordinate and support internal and external quality-related meetings
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive quality improvement initiatives
• Support the development and delivery of staff training programmes based on quality outcomes
• Contribute to the implementation of new quality processes and innovation initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance within an education or similar environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
• Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
• Strong IT skills and experience working with digital platforms
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
