Principal Product Manager (18-month FTC)

About the Role

A digital agency is looking for an experienced Lead or Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of enterprise productivity. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging strategic vision with hands‑on delivery across product, design, and engineering. Your time will be split between client and business development and people management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements focused on AI adoption, agentic development, and business transformation
• Own the product development lifecycle using lean and agile approaches
• Drive pre‑sales activity including proposals, pitches, and shaping engagements
• Build relationships with C‑suite stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Mentor team members and support internal thought leadership
• Represent the company at industry events and forums

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years client‑facing within a consultancy or agency
• Experience with GenAI tools for prototyping, vibe‑coding, and driving productivity gains
• Track record of building revenue streams from concept to launch
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Industry depth in Public Sector, Financial Services, or AI (beneficial)
