Product Manager at Leading Hedge Fund

This is an exciting time to join a leading hedge fund as they build out a product management function. You will support the full lifecycle of the firm’s investment products, including fund launches, governance, documentation, and ongoing regulatory requirements.

Working cross-functionally with Legal, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, Tax, and Investor Relations, you will help coordinate new product launches, streamline workflows, and ensure product structures remain fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new fund and product launches across internal teams and external providers
• Maintain fund structures, documentation, and governance processes
• Support product governance and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements across the product lifecycle (formation, fundraising, financing, and reporting)
• Partner with stakeholders to manage product changes and ongoing initiatives

Key Requirements

• Experience with private credit, hedge funds or private equity related products
• Previous product development or product management experience, legal related experience will also be considered
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Good understanding of fund structures and regulatory frameworks
