We’re looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join our Rollover team — a well‑known, fast‑growing food brand — where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we support and engage with our customers every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently in a Team Leader or Senior Advisor role who’s ready to take more ownership, lead from the front, and make a real impact.

Location – Slough

Working Hours – Monday to Friday

Contract Type – Permanent, Full‑time, Office‑Based

Brand – Rollover (Part of Pilgrim’s Europe)

About The Role

You’ll lead a customer‑focused team, ensuring we deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience across every touchpoint.

This role is hands‑on — you’ll be supporting the team day‑to‑day, improving processes, and working closely with other departments to continuously raise standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, support and motivate a customer service team, driving high performance and engagement
  • Act as a first point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution
  • Monitor and manage customer service KPIs (e.g. response times, satisfaction, service levels)
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, making things simpler and more efficient
  • Support the development and coaching of team members to help them grow and succeed
  • Analyse customer feedback and trends to spot issues and recommend improvements
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and logistics teams to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey
  • Support reporting on weekly and monthly performance, highlighting risks and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Customer Service Team Leader / Supervisor role (or ready to step up)
  • Strong people skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support a team
  • A proactive, “can‑do” attitude with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence working with data and using insights to drive decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business
