The key responsibility of this position is to deliver high‑quality service and foster strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Tasks
- Respond to communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage orders and process credits on time and accurately
- Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues
- Use product and process knowledge (which will be taught) to resolve relevant issues
- Continuously work to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers
- Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel
- Work with customer portals to manage query resolution
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused and solution‑oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic, growing organization.
