We’re partnering with a global financial services firm to find an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a major outsourcing transition across a complex, international environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure outsourcing transitions between suppliers.
  • Manage the full transition lifecycle, including mobilisation, discovery, knowledge transfer, shadowing, service takeover, stabilisation, and exit.
  • Oversee transitions across key infrastructure domains, including Cloud Services, Networks, Security, and End User Computing (EUC).
  • Collaborate closely with outsourced infrastructure partners and internal IT leads.
  • Implement structured governance, reporting, and risk/issue management throughout transitions.
  • Ensure smooth acceptance into service and handover into BAU with comprehensive knowledge transfer.
  • Work across Architecture, Security, Compliance, SDLC, and Service Acceptance processes.
  • Manage multiple workstreams alongside remediation and control improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10+ years of hands‑on infrastructure project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end service transitions between suppliers.
  • Deep understanding of transition phases, frameworks, governance, and common pitfalls.
  • Experience working client‑side with third‑party providers.
  • Practical experience with TUPE/people transitions, contract novation, and licence/asset transfers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with global senior IT leadership.
  • Experience across both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Solid infrastructure background across Cloud, Network, Security, and EUC environments.
