Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We’re hiring at Enactor, a global leader in retail and omnichannel POS software, as we continue to scale our technology platform following major enterprise growth.

We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in designing, building, and supporting our core infrastructure, cloud environments, and networks.

The Role

• Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments
• Manage and optimise cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) supporting mission‑critical retail systems
• Own and maintain networking architecture, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and connectivity across sites
• Configure and manage firewalls, security policies, and access controls
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems
• Support ongoing transformation projects, including cloud migration and modernisation
• Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and security teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
• Solid experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, switching)
• Hands‑on experience managing firewalls and security infrastructure
• Experience with virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code / automation tools
