Job Description:

We’re supporting a leading London-based law firm looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a series of service management and platform improvement initiatives. enhancements across ServiceNow and core ITSM processes within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders across IT and business functions to gather and define requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for ServiceNow delivery
  • Support ongoing ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, and optimisation
  • Analyse and improve IT service management processes (incident, problem, change)
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and UAT
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects
  • Proven background delivering within IT Service Management environments
  • Experience working across key ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment
  • Ability to operate in a structured, stakeholder-heavy organisation
