These five hires will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Workflow and automation improvements
- Core platform scalability and resilience
- Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.
- We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example.
Bonus experience (nice to have)
- MS SQL views and performance optimisation
- A strong full-stack engineer with deep problem-solving instincts
- Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions
- Emotionally intelligent and great at aligning teams
- Confident challenging assumptions and navigating ambiguity
- Motivated to build elegant, scalable, future-ready solutions
