Job Overview
I’m looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst with at least one year experience who loves turning data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You’ll work across the organisation analysing performance, identifying trends, and building dashboards that help us understand what makes us successful — and where we can improve. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to strategy, operations, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyse internal data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Partner with commercial and operational teams
- Improve data quality, models, and performance metrics
- Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Interest in commercial performance and storytelling with data
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Powerbi and SQL
- No sponsorship
