We’re working with a PE-backed consumer retail business, sub £200m turnover, scaling quickly and building a best-in‑class commercial finance function. The team is small, high calibre, and genuinely influential. This means visibility, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Business partnering a cluster of key business units, building their KPI’s, Dashboard and assessing their commercial performance.
- Building and owning financial models to support strategic decisions
- Partnering with retail, marketing, and operations teams
- Analysing performance across divisions channels, and products
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
- Evaluating business cases, investments, and growth initiatives
- Turning data into clear, useful insight that drives action
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Someone who is just up for it! If you want large and safe blue‑chip then don’t apply.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Commercial mindset, curious, proactive, and confident
- Someone who wants to build, improve, and grow, not just maintain
