About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Auditor to join our Quality team. This is a permanent, full‑time, onsite role.

Key responsibilities

  • Audit all standards in the plant against customer and Kerry standards.
  • Conduct Glass and Hard Plastics audits, SOP audits, GMP audits and provide training.
  • Monitor EMP compliance with the teams.
  • Coaching team members in Food Safety and Quality standards.
  • Perform gap analysis on customer requirements.
  • Deal with customer complaints, hold orders and any non‑conforming products.
  • Work as a team player as part of the onsite Technical team in the Dairy Consumers Food (DCF) plants.

Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or higher in a Food Science related subject.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
  • Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
  • The ability to identify and actively plan improvements and adapt in a changing environment.
