About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Auditor to join our Quality team. This is a permanent, full‑time, onsite role.
Key responsibilities
- Audit all standards in the plant against customer and Kerry standards.
- Conduct Glass and Hard Plastics audits, SOP audits, GMP audits and provide training.
- Monitor EMP compliance with the teams.
- Coaching team members in Food Safety and Quality standards.
- Perform gap analysis on customer requirements.
- Deal with customer complaints, hold orders and any non‑conforming products.
- Work as a team player as part of the onsite Technical team in the Dairy Consumers Food (DCF) plants.
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma or higher in a Food Science related subject.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role.
- Fluent English.
- Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
- Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- The ability to identify and actively plan improvements and adapt in a changing environment.
