Responsibilities
- Recruit and train the best people for your team, building their operational and leadership skills.
- Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service.
- Lead trade activity to drive sales and maximize profit.
- Build managers’ knowledge to deliver and sustain Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring hours are worked where most beneficial to customers and resolving root‑cause issues with sustainable solutions.
- Ensure the safety of colleagues, coaching the team to use all security tools to provide a safer workplace.
Qualifications
- Excellent communicator who shares knowledge, experience and best practices, and works collaboratively to deliver results.
- Natural and welcoming to customers, listening and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments, owning decision‑making for the store and acting quickly for customers and colleagues.
- Energy and drive to deliver beyond expectation, inspiring confidence in others.
- Awareness of competitors, always looking for ways to build new initiatives and improve the store.
