What you’ll be doing
- Delivering high‑quality audit and accounts work across a varied client portfolio.
- Supporting senior team members on larger assignments and leading smaller ones.
- Delegating to and mentoring trainees.
- Building strong client relationships and representing the firm professionally.
- Owning your workload, meeting deadlines and maintaining high technical standards.
- Progressing your ACA/ACCA qualification with full study support.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in an accountancy practice in an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior role.
- Solid technical grounding and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Competence with Excel and audit/accounts software.
