This is an employed role, hybrid based in the Telford area.

What will you need to succeed?
- A strong desire to build a long-term career in financial advice
- Progress towards Level 4 Diploma qualifications (Minimum of RO1 already achieved)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and coachable
- Resilient with a strong work ethic
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK working rights
