Interim Finance Project Lead (2-Month FTC)

Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Full-time | Office-based

Immediate start

A well-established, specialist business is seeking an experienced Finance Project Lead to support a time-critical systems implementation project on a 2-month fixed-term basis.

This role requires someone who can start immediately and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile Work in Progress (WIP) and stock from a legacy system to a new platform
  • Support a live finance systems implementation, including troubleshooting with the system provider
  • Document processes and create clear “how-to” guides across finance functions
  • Ensure month-end processes are understood and embedded in the new system
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve processes and accountability

Requirements

  • Senior finance professional (ACCA / CIMA / QBE)
  • Strong understanding of WIP and stock (manufacturing or similar environment)
  • Proven experience in systems implementation and project work
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence stakeholders
  • UK-based experience essential
  • Immediately available or available at short notice
