Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across financial services technology roles
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Source, engage and qualify high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and hiring strategy advice to clients
• Negotiate offers and manage the full placement lifecycle
• Develop a specialist market niche and personal brand

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience (financial services or technology preferred)
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• Genuine interest in financial markets, fintech, or technology hiring
